Accomplishments of FORT Legal Counsels Recognized by IFLR1000

The world’s leading financial and legal directory IFLR1000 has recently published results of a summary of ratings of law firms and their experts. Once again accomplishments of all three FORT offices have been recognized by the international evaluation commission this year, and FORT has been ranked among the leading representatives of the industry.

Both Latvian and Estonian offices of FORT have been acknowledged in the area of financial and corporate law, as well as project development, whereas the Lithuanian office of FORT has been ranked among the top providers of legal assistance in banking/finance practice, as well as mergers and acquisitions. 10 legal counsels of FORT have been individually recognized among colleagues.

Ieva Judinska-Bandeniece (LV), Ramona Miglāne (LV), Minni-Triin Park (EE) and Mindaugas Žolynas (LT) have been recognized as highly ranked experts of mergers and acquisitions. Laura Zalāna (LV) has been ranked as a reputable legal practitioner in the same area, whereas Edgars Turlajs (LV) has earned the title of “rising star” or young expert.

In addition, Ramona Miglāne (LV) has been praised as an expert in the property and finance practice. Kirsti Pent (EE) is recognized as an outstanding legal expert in the area of regulated financial sector and banking matters.
