FORT advised EveryPay AS in transaction with AS LHV Group

FORT advised EveryPay AS in concluding an agreement with AS LHV Group in which LHV will acquire 100% of EveryPay shares, for EUR 8 million.

EveryPay is a platform for receiving payments that interfaces banks and e-commerce companies and will continue to operate as an independent entity. At the same time, belonging to the LHV Group expands the company’s opportunities to grow and improve its platform and services. The transaction will be decided by the general meeting of shareholders of LHV Group on 30 March 2022.
