FORT has represented fund EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS managed by the real estate investment company EfTEN Capital AS in acquisition of the business centre in Vilnius
The latest EfTEN‘s purchase of 6,800 sq. m is located in the heart of the expanding Viršuliškės office district, at the intersection of two busy roads: Pilaitės Avenue and Vilnius Western Bypass. The building stands as an attractive investment opportunity as most of its area (71%) is leased by a strong anchor tenant IT solutions group Atea.
FORT conducted legal due diligence of the asset, advised on a structure of the transaction as well as financing and securitisation arrangements, negotiated sale and purchase agreement and represented the client in concluding all acquisition documents. The team included: Rūta Radzevičiūtė – Meizeraitė, Aurelija Grigoravičiūtė – Rimeisienė, Andrius Mamontovas and Vadimas Maksimenka.
This is the 10th EfTEN‘s acquisition in Lithuania, which was trusted to FORT.
