Attorney Tõnis Loorits advises and represents clients both out of court and in court proceedings. This applies in particular to matters relating to civil and administrative law, whether it is related to contract law, a labor dispute or a challenge to an administrative act relating to a crypto license. The most significant work victories of Tõnis so far could be the creation of important court precedents in filling legal gaps arising from the lack of KooS’s implementing acts, the successful representation of Jõhvi Parish Government’s administrative officials in relation to the so-called “Repinski” scandal and representing effectively more than 50 cryptocurrency service providers against Financial Intelligent Unit of the Estonian Police and Boarder Guard Board. In addition to the above, Tõnis has extensive experience in advising clients on all kinds of residence rights issues, advising dozens of clients over the years on procedures related to their visa and/or temporary residence permits.
