We advise clients on concluding contracts in different areas of business. We assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as in protecting confidential information disclosed during negotiations. We also help to analyze contracts and determine possible risks related to the contracts. We have extensive experience in filing claims due to breach of contract, settling disputes and terminating contracts.

- We prepared a new set of standard terms and conditions for one of Estonia’s leading transportation group
- Drafting the standard agreement for the wholesale of pharmaceuticals for Estonia’s leading wholesaler in the field
- We have drafted different purchase agreements, various service and authorization agreements, agreements on the use of movable or immovable property (incl. lease and rent agreements), loan and credit agreements, agency agreements, construction and design management and others
- Advised, drafted and negotiated sophisticated long term lease agreements
- Prepared a feasibility study on possibilities to perform design and construction management activities in the territory of Belarus by the representative office of a Lithuanian company, drafted construction and design management agreement, as well as agreements with sub-contractors
