Our attorneys have extensive expertise in advising clients in employment related matters during corporate restructuring and M&A transactions. We consider employment disputes as an important part of our dispute resolution practice. In addition, our attorneys also assist clients in applying for work and residence permits and provide legal advice in other immigration matters.

- Assisting MD Galerija Azur in various matters related to day-to-day operations of the shopping centre Atrium Azur, including conclusion and termination of employment agreements
