  • Representation of 31 energy producing companies in the constitutional dispute with Parliament of Latvia (Saeima) regarding new subsidized energy tax that was applied as from 1 January 2014
  • Representation of two renewable energy producers in the dispute with Ministry of Economics of Republic of Latvia regarding moratorium to issue new feed-in tariff rights for the renewable energy production
  • Providing legal assistance to the renewable energy producer in disputing decision of the Ministry of Economics of Latvia regarding deprivation of the client’s feed-in tariff rights in relation with the large capacity (4 MW) cogeneration plant
