Experience
- Structuring a vehicle for raising financing from the capital markets for export projects (structured bond), advising on bond issue and placement
- Refinancing of a loan for the largest real estate acquisition in Estonian in 2013, including facility and security documentation
- Drafting, negotiating and amending financing documentation for a real estate acquisition in all three Baltic States, including loan agreements, security documents, cross-border guarantees and escrow agreements
- Assisting Capital Mill OÜ in refinancing of existing debt liabilities of SIA Valdemāra Centrs (previous creditor – Nordea, new creditor – SEB)
- Assisting EuroEnergy Biogas daughter companies in obtaining a loan and credit line of more than 10.8 m EUR from DNB bank JSC (Latvia) for expanding several production companies situated in Latvia, as well as acquiring agriculture land plots
- We rendered legal advice a client with regard to number of different crediting facilities offered by 5 different banks. Matter value: 5.5 m EUR
