SELECTION OF EXPERIENCE
- Legal assistance to the Road Transport Administration in the public procurement competition for providing passenger transport services with buses in the intercity routes in the centre of Latvia
- Legal assistance to the Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Latvia in the constitutional dispute with the passenger carrier companies regarding compensations for providing passenger transport services
- Representing international passenger carrier company ECOLINES in the dispute related to the tariffs of bus terminal services, including involvement of the Competition Council of Latvia regarding abuse of the dominant position in specific market
- Acquisition of IVECO authorised distributor and its repair network, advising of vertical integration of businesses afterwards and daily advice related to distributorship and vehicle leasing agreements
- Acquisition of local EUROPCAR operator and drafting of standard terms of car rental
- Representing BLRT Group in a dispute with Estonian Maritime Administration regarding a public procurement proceeding for the construction of a new passenger ferry
- Daily advice of several key players in shipping and transportation companies like Hansabuss, Balti Bussi Grupp etc
