FORT partner Kuldar-Jaan Torokoff acted as the legal advisor for OÜ Perton Ehitus, in an extensive energy- efficient real estate development project. LHV pension funds will invest 2.6 million euros in the project located in Tallinn Kalamaja
The three-year bond investment will be used by OÜ Perton Ehitus, which is developing the inner quarter of Kotzebue Park, to finance the land purchase to build six energy-efficient four-story apartment buildings.
