FORT Vilnius represented EfTEN Real Estate Fund II AS in acquisition of two A class warehouses with the office premises in Kaunas Free Economic Zone. The property of more than 29 000 m2 of leasable area was acquired from Genesta Nordic Baltic Real Estate Fund I.
