The Supreme Court of Lithuania will solve a case involving unprecedented legal questions with respect to the due process of arbitration
The Supreme Court of Lithuania has accepted the cassation appeal prepared by FORT Vilnius regarding legal questions whether arbitration process could be considered as due process, where the founders and management of the arbitration institution represent one of the parties to the arbitration case. According to the cassator, any external objective observer would reasonably have apprehensions with respect to the due process, which is organised by one of the parties to a dispute or their legal advisors.

Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is the biggest and the most popular moot competition in the world, which each year takes place in Vienna (Austria) and Hong Kong. On 18-24 March 2016 the 23rd competition took place in Vienna, where students solved a problem for the moot and presented oral arguments on behalf of the claimant and the respondent.
