FORT has represented the real estate investment company EfTEN Capital AS in acquisition of the three buildings in Vilnius
The latest EfTEN‘s acquisition – three modern office and industrial buildings situated in the developing innovation and technology hub. Arginta Group – a well renown developer of water management and renewable energy projects – becomes the master tenant of the buildings. Such tenant perfectly matches the investment portfolio of the green fund EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4.
FORT conducted legal due diligence of the assets, advised on a structure of the transaction as well as financing and securitisation arrangements, negotiated sale-purchase as well as master lease agreements and represented the client in concluding all acquisition documents. The team included: Rūta Radzevičiūtė – Meizeraitė, Aurelija Grigoravičiūtė – Rimeisienė.
This is the 12th EfTEN‘s acquisition in Lithuania, which was trusted to FORT.

FORT team has represented Eika Real Estate Fund managed by the investment management company Eika Asset Management with regard to the acquisition of Audi and Volkswagen agencies‘ buildings. The fund invests in commercial real estate (developed or under development) and is intended for informed investors.
Audi agency operates in the building of more than 2,000 sq. m, Volkswagen – almost 3,000 sq. m.
FORT has assisted the client from the stage of execution of the letter of intent until the closing of the transaction. Legal services consisted of preparation of all documents, representation during negotiations, performance of legal due diligence.

Broadcast Solutions is one of Europe’s largest system integrators and comprises a group of companies acting worldwide. Company realises projects and offers its services in broadcast, content creation and media production related areas – globally.
TVC Solutions is an independent radio and television system operator. By joining forces, companies will be able to offer extensive spectre of broadcast solutions to the Baltic region market.
