Katrin Alliksaar is a highly experienced lawyer with nearly 18 years of experience in both public and private sector. She has worked in the insurance sector as well as for the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications as well as the Ministry of the Interior for 15 years drafting laws and giving advice in fields belonging to the ministrys’ areas of government, especially in matters of transport, energy, telecommunication, infrastructure and state information systems. Until October 2018 she worked in Law Firm Deloitte Legal. Katrin has gained wide experience in public law matters, especially public procurements projects. She has been part of the team assisting clients on several occasions in disputes over the legality of the use of EU funds as well as other private and public law disputes.
