Capitalica Asset Management acquired a logistics complex consisting of two prominent buildings in the suburbs of Jüri in Tallinn. This is the second investment of the Capitalica Green Logistics Fund since its inception in 2021. This is in line with the fund’s goal of expanding its presence in the Baltic logistics market.

FORT successfully represented a client in cross-border court proceedings
Our attorney at law Andreas Veeret successfully represented a client in cross-border court proceedings. Namely, our client (Finnish company) brought an action against an Estonian-based surety (respondent) who had secured the obligations of a Swedish-based company (the principal debtor). Among other matters, the parties argued which law should be applied to the surety.
