FORT contributed to the biggest real estate deal in Kaunas in the last 3 years
FORT has advised EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4 in acquisition of the shares of the company managing the shopping centre River Mall (http://www.pcrivermall.lt/) and the newly constructed business centre River Hall in Kaunas (the 2nd biggest city in Lithuania) from SIRIN group company (http://www.sirin.eu/). The total area of the shopping centre is 11,200 sq. m while the 5 floors business centre – 8,600 sq. m. Both objects host more than 30 tenants. According to Swedbank this is the biggest real estate transaction in Kaunas in the last three years.
