FORT advised the sale of Estonia-based leading outdoor media group Digital Future
Digital Future is active in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), traditional billboard advertising and digital signage. Their subsidiary Digiekraanid is the leading DOOH media player in Estonia (both in terms of revenue and number of screens), operating large-sized LED displays in prime urban areas and indoor screens in shopping centers and public spaces. In traditional non-digital OOH, the other subsidiary, MegaMedia, is the leader in standard 6×3 and large wall billboard formats, offering complementary long-term digitization potential.
