A new project by the EIKA grupė is coming to Vilnius’ old town
We are proud to share that our client, EIKA grupė, together with Etapas Group and its partners, has completed the purchase of the plot and project planned for the site at Seinų st. 4.
Our partner Rūta Radzevičiūtė-Meizeraitė and her team had the privilege of guiding the EIKA grupė through the negotiation process and the finalization of the sale-purchase agreement.
