On 29 March 2017  FORT’s partner Mindaugas Kiškis participated in the conference “Business and Data“, which took place in Riga. During the conference Mindaugas gave his presentation on currently hot topic “Legal implications and consequences of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)”.

The Court of Appeal of Lithuania has satisfied the appeal of FORT Vilnius and has decided that the court of first instance has created conditions for non-economical exploitation of state funds and has increased the risk for different court decisions to be adopted under the same circumstances by obliging 212 investors of bankrupt bank Snoras to submit 212 separate claims and not a joint one.
