FORT advised Venture Capital Fund ZGI Capital in respect to Investments in Joint-Stock Company Biotehniskais Centrs
AS Biotehniskais Centrs, which is the leading manufacturer of bioreactors and other specialized equipment for biotechnologies in the Baltics, has raised investment in the amount of EUR 200,000 from venture capital fund ZGI Capital. FORT advised EfTEN in acquisition of the L3 office building in Vilnius from E.L.L. Real Estate
FORT Vilnius acted as a legal advisor to EfTEN Real Estate Fund III in its acquisition of the L3 office building in Vilnius from E.L.L. Real Estate. L3 is the 10-storey building of 6,100 m2 of rental space and an outdoor parking lot with two hundred parking spaces located in a very green part of Vilnius.
