FORT attorney at law Mantas Meizeraitis successfully advised one of the Lithuania‘s largest laundry and cleaning services provider in ~ 2 mln. Euro litigation against one of the biggest Lithuania‘s hospital on the decision to award competitors in the laundry and chemical cleaning tender. Contracting authority decided that two lower-priced competitors‘ bids complied with all the requirements of this public procurement documents.
