European Court of Justice Adopted a Decision Abolishing the Safe Harbour Principle and Changing the Rules on Routing the Personal Data from EU to USA
The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has declared null and void the decision of the EU Commission according to which the personal data was routed from EU to USA deeming that USA ensures the adequate level of the protection of the personal data in a case Maximillian Schrems v. Data Protection Commissioner.
