Sandis Bertaitis, Partner at FORT, has been engaged in organizing the first certification examination for mediators in Latvia. The examination will be arranged in three stages, and during the exam expertise of candidates in the mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method will be verified.

On the 11th of July Sandis Bertaitis, Partner of FORT, took the part in the media breakfast served by the Ministry of Justice for the purpose to present to reporters a new alternative method of dispute resolution – mediation – along with benefits of its application, versatility in its application, good practice and further development of it in Latvia.
