Advokatuuri juhatus omistas 15. septembril 2015 Advokaadibüroo FORT advokaat Margus Kõivale vandeadvokaadi kutsenimetuse.
Margus Kõiva liitus Advokaadibürooga FORT 2015. aasta suvel. Margus Kõival on pikaajaline kogemus keskkonna- ja energiaõiguse valdkonnas. Ta on osalenud mitmete keskkonnavaldkonna õigusaktide, sealhulgas keskkonnaseadustiku väljatöötamisel.

FORT Vilnius advised EfTEN on acquisition of Saules Miestas shopping centre
EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS finished acquisition of UAB Titvesta (wholly-owned subsidiary of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS), the owner of the Saules Miestas shopping centre in Siauliai, Lithuania. The Saules Miestas shopping centre in central Siauliai (http://saulesmiestas.lt/en/) is visited by 7.35 million customers annually and last year’s net revenue was 31 million EUR. The centre, which opened in 2007, has 110 stores and around 10 restaurants, as well as almost 800 parking places.
