FORT partners Sandis Bertaitis (Riga) and Andrius Mamontovas (Vilnius) will speak at the international conference „The Future of Renewables Support Schemes in Europe” organized in cooperation with law firms from Greece and Spain. Conference will be held on the 5th of March in Brussels, at Martins Hotel conference room.

Situation where an action to set a transaction aside by virtue of insolvency (an action of recovery) needs to be brought against a person whose place of residence is in a different country raises a question of international jurisdiction – i.e which courts have jurisdiction to decide the abovementioned matter.
